THREEFOLD STUDIO
CHRISTCHURCH

Situated in the heart of Sydenham, Threefold calls their new workspace a home away from home. Just a small walk from their old studio, they know the area well along with the locals. The building itself began as an empty warehouse and the outcome is unrecognisable. To say they took on a challenge is an understatement.

Threefold chose to take on the entire renovation converting the dated warehouse into their new workspace, as well as creating a home for Addy & Lou (Homeware and Furniture Store), Little Battersea (Café) and A Little Bit Floral (Florist).

Dan and Bryce, being in the industry had a great collection of partners and suppliers to call on. Passionate about product, they saw this as an opportunity to carefully curate a environment. Every space was executed to the finest detail – telling a story and making the most of the favored natural and raw materials.

One of the most important considerations for Dan and Bryce was social currency, they place huge importance on their team. They wanted a workspace that was warm, inviting and a perfect place to complete a workday. A north facing fully equipped kitchen and private phone booth are just a couple of key features that make the space so great.

Credit is due to their Main Contractor JWW Construct. The collaborative approach enabled a smooth journey through what is often considered a stressful undertaking.

Dan and Bryce both describe this project as a 'tremendously rewarding, worth every drop of blood, sweat and tears' experience. They consider their new studio a place to call home, a place they are proud to welcome people into, and a place where they have exceeded all expectations of their capabilities. A true testament to the many years in the industry. When asked would they do it again… they just laughed.
